Job description

The Senior Manager, Data Delivery - Global Skin Health is a pivotal role dedicated to building and scaling the core data foundation that fuels our global skin reporting and insights. In this role, you will lead the modernization of our Skin Health brands data infrastructure, transforming disparate sales, marketing, field force, and e-commerce touchpoints into unified, secure, and highly available data assets. This foundational layer serves as the definitive single source of truth for Global Skin Health brands reporting., * Roadmap Alignment: Strategically align data roadmaps with Skin Health priorities to ensure that infrastructure robustly supports their goals.

  • Technical Translation: Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical specifications
  • Architecture Governance: Govern data quality and architecture standards across brands to ensure seamless integration and reliability.
  • Strategic Integration: Partner with analytics director to ensure data development priorities are aligned with overarching 2030 strategic goals.

Delivery & Execution

  • Agile/Scrum Governance: Running standups, sprint planning, and removing roadblocks for data engineers and analysts.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end delivery of robust Snowflake data pipelines, leveraging modern engineering tools like dbt, SQL, and Apache Airflow for sophisticated workflow orchestration.
  • Resource Management: Evaluate requirements to allocate internal resources and oversee external data engineering consultants, monitoring their performance and project progress.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience building and scaling robust data applications within complex environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related technical field.

Preferred Experience

  • Leadership Experience: 3+ years leading the delivery of high-impact data and analytics initiatives.

  • Team Management: Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring remote or distributed technical talent.

  • Data Warehouse Architecture natively utilizing Snowflake.

  • Data Transformation Pipelines built with dbt and SQL.

  • Workflow Orchestration using Apache Airflow.

  • Infrastructure as Code managed via Terraform.

  • Version Control and CI/CD automation through GitHub.

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
