Job description
- Demonstrate expert-level mastery of Oracle Fusion HCM, including data architecture, product configuration, and end-to-end business process design.
- Provide advanced functional expertise across HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor.
- Interpret and translate complex payroll and unionized environment requirements into effective system configuration, functional setups, and technical changes, supported by thorough documentation.
- Analyze and troubleshoot intricate issues involving timecards, element entries, worker data, payroll calculations, statements of earnings, deductions, and tax configuration, leveraging fast formulas, UDTs, and related tools.
- Maintain and support key integrations, including Payroll to GL and vendor interfaces (e.g., ADP), ensuring seamless data flow and stability.
- Demonstrate leadership by breaking down complex challenges, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and driving effective solutioning.
- Develop and optimize reporting capabilities using SQL, OTBI, and BI Publisher, transforming data into actionable insights.
- Support data conversion activities, validate and reconcile data, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage and support the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, issue resolution, cutover, and go-live support.
- Lead end-to-end testing cycles (SIT, UAT, parallel payroll, cutover), preparing test cases executing scenarios, documenting results, and capturing learnings.

Requirements
Resource to provide senior-level expertise and leadership in driving our enterprise-wide transition from PeopleSoft HCM/Payroll to Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. The minimum qualifications for this position include a bachelor's degree, at least 4 years of relevant experience, and a minimum of 2 years at a Payroll Manager level supporting engagements across financial institutions, real estate, public/private sector, or government environments. Our preferred candidate will bring significantly deeper expertise, including 15+ years of comprehensive functional experience and at least 8+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud delivery experience, along with strong problem-solving skills, deep domain knowledge, and a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll implementations., * Apply knowledge of ERP and cloud architecture concepts such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Work with productivity and governance tools like Excel/Power Query, JIRA, OpenProject, and ServiceNow.
