How You'll Make an Impact

  • System support for BA, Procurement, OM, Warehouse & Quality issues for GT Orlando facilities. Collaboration with Business Process Charlotte to maximize resource effectiveness.
  • Supports external supplier concerns regarding system, invoicing, serial numbers, quality notifications, etc.
  • Responsible for identifying, testing, documenting, and training on all OPP & other system processes related to GT Orlando. (SESP, SupplyOn, IOL, S4/Hana, EDI Help Desk, & EWM among others.)
  • Training external suppliers, internal users, and mentoring students on applicable processes
  • Responsible for various reporting and KPI calculation for weekly and monthly requirements
  • Documenting & maintaining specific process procedures and desk top instructions
  • Data management & reporting as requested

What You Bring

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, or an Associate diploma with relevant hands-on experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience using SAP across the full procure-to-pay cycle, including subcontracting, is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in PC-based software applications for presentations, databases, spreadsheets, and data visualization, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Power BI, MS SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong knowledge of serialization and subcontracting processes within SAP is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in team environments.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative in gathering necessary data and information to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills with a keen interest in investigative techniques to identify and resolve complex issues.
