Job description
COLSA Corporation is currently seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer to assist in the development and dissemination of a collateral level releasable Characteristics and Performance (C&P) XML data set from an existing database in support of a Foreign Military Sales case., * Assists in the design, development, troubleshooting and analysis of software programs for computer-based systems.
- Analyze specific intelligence requirements and map the requirements to data catalog.
- Programming using ASP.NET, C#, and Angular or other languages.
- Familiarity with XML and JSON.
- Develop code rulesets adhering to guidance to create bespoke data sets in multiple formats, re-mark the data set's overall security marking, and transfer the data set for dissemination.
- Work with CI/CD team to ensure proper deployment to the Military Knowledge System (MEKS) instance upon government authorization.
- Assist in analyzing user's software program needs and assists in troubleshooting.
- Assist in the design and development of software using basic compilers, assemblers, utility programs and operating systems.
- May provide input for documentation of new or existing programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM such as computer science, information technology, information science, computer engineering, software engineering, information systems, or management information systems.
- 1 to 5 years of demonstrated related experience.
- Working knowledge of desktop applications including Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office suite applications.
- Experience with XML, Visual Studio, C# and .NET.
- Experience with front-end and back-end development utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or LINQ.
- Experience across a full stack of software development technologies with proficiency of both front-end and back-end coding disciplines and software architectural principles.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD 8570/8140 Baseline Certification (Security+ CE, SSCP, or equivalent) within 90 days of hire.
- U.S. Citizenship required; Minimum of a DoD SECRET security clearance is required with the ability to qualify for a DoD Top Secret security clearance upon hire.
- Ability to successfully complete a Counterintelligence Polygraph exam., * Current DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance is highly preferred.
- Current DoD 8570/8140 Baseline Certification (Security+ CE, SSCP, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Possess the technical knowledge (demonstrated via experience and/or college-level project work) and understanding of software development principles for both front-end and back-end development.
- Experience with XML, C#, JavaScript, and LINQ is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working well in a group/team-oriented, collaborative environment.
