- Oversee and coordinate the operational activities of ongoing projects, serving as a key liaison between project management, planning teams, project staff, and line leadership.
- Monitor project performance, including budget status and financial checkpoints; maintain project schedules and prepare clear, accurate status reports for stakeholders.
- Support contract modification processes by coordinating documentation, tracking changes, and ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.
- Create and implement tools, processes, and mechanisms for tracking project progress, enabling proactive intervention and efficient problem-solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Requirements
Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking a SharePoint Developer to support a customer mission within a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a highly secure environment. This role focuses on data entry, content organization, and maintaining accuracy and usability across multiple SharePoint channels for our customer.
This position will support operations at a customer site located in Arlington, VA. You will be expected to be onsite 5 days per week.

The compensation for this role will be established in accordance with the candidate's experience, relevant skills, and alignment with internal pay structures., LEVEL 1 - 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
LEVEL 2 - 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
LEVEL 3 - 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.

Experience with project coordination including overseeing operational aspects of ongoing projects.

Budget and schedule tracking, and preparing status reports.

Advanced MS Office skills including Excel.

Must have excellent communication skills with the abilty to collaborate with all levels of personnel

Clearance: Must have an active Secret security clearance.

Knowledge of federal project reporting standards and compliance expectations.

Clearance: Top secret security clearance.

Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
