Job description
We are looking for a dependable, client-focused professional who can take ownership of both technical work and the coordination required to deliver it well.
The IT Support & Client Services Specialist will help manage the client experience from initial consultation and onboarding through ongoing support. This person will troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate installations, communicate with clients and vendors, prepare service documentation, and ensure that commitments are followed through to completion.
The right candidate will be equally comfortable resolving an IT issue, meeting with a business owner, coordinating an installation, and keeping the administrative details of a project organized.
Work setting and schedule:

On-site with local client travel.

Primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional after-hours work for installations or urgent client needs.

Pay: $60,000-$75,000 per year, based on experience.
Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and own requests through resolution.

Troubleshoot and coordinate support for Microsoft 365, Windows computers, business networks, wireless systems, firewalls, remote-access tools, and related technology.

Conduct client consultations and on-site surveys.

Coordinate new-client onboarding, equipment installation, configuration, documentation, and scheduling.

Prepare and explain service proposals, agreements, onboarding requirements, and support options.

Coordinate with technicians, vendors, internet providers, and client representatives.

Maintain accurate client, equipment, network, and service documentation.

Follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients.

Assist with equipment ordering, delivery, inventory, and deployment.

Support office operations and special projects as needed.
Requirements
At least three years of experience in IT support, managed services, technical account support, or a related role.

Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, business networks, firewalls, wireless systems, and remote-support tools.

Strong troubleshooting skills and sound escalation judgment.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Ability to explain technical matters to business owners and nontechnical users.

Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage several client needs at once.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to Charlotte-area client locations.
Preferred experience:
-
Previous managed service provider experience.

Client onboarding, service delivery, or technical project coordination.

Hospitality, healthcare, multifamily, or small-business IT environments.

Preparing scopes of work, technical proposals, or service agreements.

CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, or similar certifications.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
