Social Media Specialist

We're looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to grow BAUTLR's online presence and build an engaged community across multiple social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts.
• Plan and manage a monthly content calendar.
• Write compelling captions and hashtags.
• Design graphics, reels, and short-form videos.
• Respond to comments and direct messages.
• Monitor trends and suggest new content ideas.
• Collaborate with influencers and content creators.
• Track performance and provide monthly analytics reports.
• Help grow BAUTLR's audience organically.

• Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar design/editing tools.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of jewelry, fashion, or luxury brands is a plus.
