Job description
- Collaborate on software system installations or build procedures and scripts.
- Normalize data into Common Information Models to seamlessly integrate with IT Service Intelligence Modules for Splunk.
- Analyze and troubleshoot system performance issues, including response times, integration problems, and data flow challenges.
- Develop innovative Splunk applications utilizing technologies such as Splunk, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Python.
- Design and create software solutions by analyzing stakeholder requirements and engaging with users and system engineers.
- Build custom dashboards tailored for executive-level stakeholders to provide critical insights into current and emerging threats.
- Design and implement software solutions addressing complex problems.
Requirements
- All educational and experiential credentials must be in a technical field directly relevant to this role, with all diplomas, GED certificates, and degrees obtained from accredited institutions. The qualification requirements include:
- A minimum of eight (8) years of experience with a High School Diploma/GED, or
- A minimum of six (6) years of experience with an Associate's Degree, or
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience with a Master's Degree, or
- A Doctorate's Degree.
- Possession of a Splunk certification as a Splunk Accredited Consultant is required.
