Network Engineer

The Network Engineer - Consultant (Senior Palo Alto Cloud Engineer) will design and deliver large-scale application and infrastructure cloud solutions in collaboration with Product Owners, Application Owners, and Network and Security teams. This role requires deep expertise in Palo Alto cloud firewalls and cloud architecture, focusing on security and network optimization in a hybrid work environment. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud network and security solutions.
• Provide expert-level support and configuration for Palo Alto cloud firewalls.
• Ensure optimal performance and security of large-scale cloud infrastructure.
• Participate in virtual interviews and adhere to hiring and compliance protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with security requirements.

• Proven proficiency with Palo Alto cloud firewalls.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and design principles.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of relevant professional experience (experienced non-manager level).
• Legal authorization to work and reside in NC, GA, or SC with willingness to relocate to South Carolina prior to start.
• Adherence to honesty and integrity in resume and interview processes.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience working in hybrid cloud environments.
• Familiarity with virtual interview and hiring compliance processes.

Scheduling:

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
• Hybrid work model with 2 days in office and 3 days remote.
