• Proficiency with Citrix virtual apps and desktops (on-prem & cloud), including XenApp/XenDesktop, NetScaler, StoreFront, Windows Server, Active Directory, HA, performance tuning, and security
• Experience with secure remote access/Zero Trust technologies such as Zscaler (or equivalent), VPN technologies, and migration from legacy remote access models
• Familiarity with VDI and endpoint platforms, including Windows workstation platforms, VDI integration, and cross-platform dependency awareness
• Knowledge of enterprise networking and security integration, including firewalls, certificates, TLS, access controls, traffic routing, and security tooling as they impact endpoints and remote access, * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is desirable
• Relevant certifications in Citrix, VDI, or networking technologies are preferred
