Job description
The Foundation's website specialist has a passion for planning and executing against omnichannel strategy and putting the donor/consumer at the center of website experiences and digital interactions. The website specialist will report to the Annual Giving leadership and will collaborate closely with Annual Programs leadership to align website strategy with other fundraising and communications priorities. This role will serve as the primary owner of the Foundation's web presence, responsible for planning, prioritization, and ongoing optimization of website content, structure and performance. This role coordinates across internal teams and external partners to ensure effective execution of website initiatives that drive engagement and conversion. Ideal candidate will have proven experience with WordPress site administration, analytics, SEO, and digital best practices. While capable of developing and editing content as needed, this role primarily focuses on ensuring the right content, user, * Plan, manage, and optimize website content to support donor engagement and conversion, including developing or editing content as needed.
- Own the planning, prioritization, and governance of website updates and initiatives, serving as the central intake point for web-related requests.
- Conduct routine website audits to identify content gaps, outdated material, usability issues, and opportunities for improvement and coordinate with internal content teams and external vendors to ensure timely development and execution of website content and enhancements.
- Monitor site analytics to report on KPIs and identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Ensure Search Engine Optimization best practices are utilized and leverage analytics data to inform site architecture, content strategy, and future development.
- Track keyword performance and optimize website content and structure to enhance the Foundation's presence in search engines.
- Support digital campaign execution across channels, including coordination of web and social components, in alignment with overall strategy.

Requirements
