Requirements
Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Experience in low-voltage cabling, telecom, data centers, construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics.
Ability to safely lift and move up to 35 lbs repeatedly.

Ability to read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Comfortable working in varying temperatures and wearing required PPE.
