What You'll Do
- Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI applications.
- Partner with customers to understand complex business challenges.
- Develop modern web applications and AI-powered workflows.

- Own architecture decisions and technical delivery from concept through production.
- Present technical solutions confidently to both technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements
Have 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Have built production web applications or AI-powered products.
Thrive in fast-paced environments with high ownership.
Enjoy working directly with customers and solving ambiguous problems.
Can take an idea from a whiteboard discussion to a production deployment.
Love building, learning, and shipping.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience building AI agents or LLM-powered applications.
- Startup or founding engineer experience.
- Experience with Python, TypeScript, React, or modern backend frameworks.
- Experience with LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, Claude, vector databases, or RAG.
- Strong system design and architecture skills.
