Job description

As an AVEVA PI Development Delivery Lead , you will make an impact by designing, developing, and delivering scalable AVEVA PI System solutions that enable operational data visibility, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. You will be a valued member of the engineering and delivery team, working collaboratively with architects, developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and secure industrial data solutions.

In this role, you will: Lead the design, development, and delivery of AVEVA PI System solutions across enterprise environments. Develop and maintain integrations, applications, and automation using .NET, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, YAML, and SQL. Implement and support PI System components, including PI Data Archive, PI Asset Framework (AF), Asset Analytics, Vision, and PI Web API. Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, version control standards, and infrastructure automation capabilities. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define solution architectures, ensure security compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing and supporting AVEVA PI System solutions. Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, including .NET, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, YAML, and SQL. Extensive experience with PI Data Archive, PI Asset Framework (AF), Asset Analytics, Vision, and PI Web API. Experience working with AVEVA AF-SDK and PI-SDK to develop integrations and custom solutions. Strong understanding of PI System security, Asset Framework configuration, and analytics development. Experience with database management systems and data integration technologies. Experience using GitHub or similar version control systems in enterprise development environments. Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and applying DevOps best practices. Experience with enterprise credential and password management tools such as HashiCorp Vault or CyberArk. Knowledge of cloud platforms, with experience in AWS services and cloud architecture. These will help you stand out Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible. Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and scalable application development. Experience with artifact repository platforms such as Nexus or similar solutions. Experience leading technical delivery teams and mentoring developers in enterprise environments.
