Job description
We are seeking a Junior AI Engineer who is passionate about artificial intelligence and eager to launch their career building innovative AI solutions. You will work alongside data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications that solve real business challenges., * Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions.
- Build and evaluate machine learning models using structured and unstructured data.
- Develop applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
- Create prompts, evaluate model outputs, and improve AI application performance.
- Support the development of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and AI agents.
- Prepare, clean, and analyze datasets for model training and evaluation.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and code reviews.
- Document technical designs, experiments, and implementation approaches.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, research, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals and AI concepts.
- Experience developing projects using Python.
- Knowledge of libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, or similar AI frameworks.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts.
- Understanding of REST APIs and software development best practices.
- Experience using Git or other version control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Academic or personal projects involving LLMs, AI agents, RAG, or Generative AI.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Experience using vector databases or embeddings.
- Knowledge of SQL and basic data engineering concepts.
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Internship or research experience in AI, machine learning, or software development.
- Passionate about AI and excited to continuously learn new technologies.
- Strong team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing ideas.
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to tackle new challenges.
- Self-starter who takes initiative while seeking feedback and mentorship.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
