The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. The starting salary range represents the College's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Pay Grade: AK Job Summary Support the Information Technology and other specialized industry programs by coordinating the daily activities. Assist with the creation and implementation of curriculum in accordance with established industry standards. Ensure effective coordination of academic processes, support adjunct faculty success, facilitate communication, and assist with pathway initiatives aligned with institutional goals and student success. Essential Functions Assist with the alignment and implementation of curriculum revisions to reflect industry standards and requirements. Foster cooperative relationships with industry and educational partners to develop training including customized training and workshops, to meet local market needs. Assist with scheduling for all classes, students, and instructors for all programs. Assist Dean and Associate regarding non-credit programs including enrollment, recruiting, and day to day operations. Support adjunct faculty. Coordinate marketing efforts to promote programs and recruit. Develop relationships with industry and agencies. Perform other duties as assigned., * Lift Floor to Waist < 10 lbs

Two years experience working with information technology, including experience in higher education, academic support, or program coordination. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with industries and educational organizations. Strong communication skills. Ability to plan, organize, or manage time. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines. Proficiency with standard office and communication technologies. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a professional working relationships with a wide variety of individuals coming from varied backgrounds. Desired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. Three years professional work experience in Information Technology or related field. Knowledge of Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, and Network Administration.
