Must-Have Technical Skills: Node.js (Mandatory) AWS (Mandatory) Claude AI (Mandatory) Vercel DynamoDB Domain Expertise: Video Encoding (Mandatory) Video Streaming Technologies, Lead end-to-end solution architecture and technical design. Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements and provide technical consulting. Drive AI adoption by leveraging Claude AI for solutioning and software development. Design, develop, and optimize scalable cloud-native applications using Node.js and AWS. Improve engineering processes through automation and AI-powered workflows. Coordinate with offshore and nearshore engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery. Mentor engineers, foster collaboration, and build a high-performing engineering culture.
