Job Summary: The Technology Program Associate supports existing customers and third-party vendors by processing contracts for system customizations, enhancements, and conversions. This role prepares quotes and agreements, processes payments, sets implementation expectations with customers, and facilitates order releases. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, professional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Reporting Relationship: Manager, Sales Support Operations
Shift: General business hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm CST. This hybrid role requires a combination of weekly on-campus and remote work with specific days varying based on departmental policy and business need. Generally, all positions may be fully performed on-campus in Mission, KS. Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.
Scope of the Role:
- Receive handoffs from ScriptPro Sales and Customer Account Management teams to support existing customers with system customizations, enhancements, and conversions.
- Ensure finalized agreements and payments are received, and release orders to support timely project implementation.
- Coordinate and monitor the scheduling, progress, and completion of project implementations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for customer account activities.
- Prepare quotes using standard quote formats and approved pricing tools.
- Analyze and interpret quote requests to accurately assess requirements based on approved programs.
- Recommend process and program improvements to the Manager, Sales Support Operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field preferred
- 2+ years' experience in in sales operations, customer success, account support, or project coordination
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Experience with Salesforce or other customer relationship management software preferred.
- Strong email and phone communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and attention to timelines.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to assess complex problems and identify root causes
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams and all organizational levels
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate risks, obstacles, and competing priorities while developing effective solutions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Demonstrated ability to represent the organization professionally in all interactions
- Strong attention to detail while multitasking across multiple projects or responsibilities
Remote Work Requirements:
- Must have high-speed reliable internet access with a hard-wired connection
- Must have a distraction free home office workspace
- Must be willing to participate in video virtual meetings (camera on), Requires routine use of standard equipment and extended computer use. Employee must be able to sit, use hands and fingers, and occasionally lift, squat, stoop, bend, and reach. Problem-solving, practical learning, and instruction interpretation skills are essential.
