Job description

Prepare and record donations, both monetary and in-kind, and thank you correspondence in a professional and timely manner.

Enter and track donor information in the donor tracking system (Little Green Light)

Reconciles income each month with the Our Lady of the Lake Director of Development.

Prepare and develop reports such as the Annual Report using Little Green Light software and in consultation with the Fund Treasurer.

Prepare quarterly donor newsletters and other communications.

Prepare and support content for Development Office aspects of the website including use of software services such as CANVA.

Assist the school business manager in tracking progress of scholarships and endowed funds; prepare reports and support various correspondence.

Assist with planning and execution of fundraising events, including sponsorship coordination, donor correspondence, auction procurement and tracking, volunteer coordination, event registration, database management, and post-event stewardship.
Requirements
Education Requirement Education and/or experience in any of the following: accounting/banking, fundraising, marketing, public relations, communications, or related fields. Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Knowledge and Skills

Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Forms, Calendar, and other Google applications as well as OneCause, Constant Contact.

Experience with donor database software, website management, and constituent relationship management (CRM) platforms preferred. Experience with Little Green Light or similar donor management systems is a plus.

Proficiency with fundraising and communication platforms, including OneCause, Constant Contact, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and database management software.

Effective oral and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.

Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of organization, manage multiple priorities, and pay close attention to detail.

Strong skills in composing, editing, and proofreading materials while establishing priorities and consistently meeting deadlines.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining flexible and collaborative in working with individuals both inside and outside the organization.

Strong attention to detail, data management skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in donor and organizational records.
