Senior Oracle FCCS Consultant (Remote)

• Lead Oracle FCCS implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Work directly with Finance, Accounting, and Executive stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Design and configure FCCS applications following Oracle best practices.

• Intercompany Eliminations
• Translation

• Close Manager processes
• Analyze and troubleshoot consolidation issues and data discrepancies.
• Design financial reports using Financial Reporting, Reports, Smart View, and Narrative Reporting.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
• Perform impact analysis for new business requirements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and production support.
• Prepare functional specifications and technical documentation.
• Deliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Oracle EPM consultants on integrated solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants and participate in solution design discussions., * Become a trusted advisor to finance organizations.
• Deliver high-quality Oracle FCCS solutions on time.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Take ownership of projects from design through post-production support.

CloudADDIE is seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle FCCS Consultant to join our growing Oracle EPM practice. This is a client-facing role requiring a strong blend of functional accounting knowledge, Oracle FCCS expertise, and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have 10-12+ years of Oracle EPM experience, including extensive hands-on implementation and support experience with Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS). You will work closely with CFOs, Controllers, Finance Directors, Accounting teams, and IT organizations to design, implement, and optimize financial consolidation and close processes.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex financial consolidation challenges while building trusted relationships with clients., * 10-12+ years of Oracle EPM experience.

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle FCCS implementation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong understanding of:
• Financial Consolidation
• Currency Translation
• Ownership Management
• Intercompany Eliminations
• Financial Close processes
• GAAP and IFRS concepts
• Experience implementing multiple Oracle FCCS projects.
• Strong experience with:
• Data Management / Data Exchange
• Smart View
• Reports
• Business Rules
• Metadata Management
• Experience integrating FCCS with ERP systems such as:
• Oracle Fusion ERP
• Oracle EBS
• SAP
• NetSuite
• Workday
• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud security and user provisioning.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with one or more of the following Oracle EPM applications:

• EPBCS / Planning
• ARCS
• EDMCS
• Enterprise Data Integration (EDI)
• Narrative Reporting
• EPCM / PCMCS

Experience with:

• EPM Automate
• Groovy scripting
• REST APIs
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• OCI is a plus
