The Senior Network Engineer serves as a strategic advisor, partnering with technical teams and leadership to align network solutions with business goals. Strong documentation skills are essential, with an emphasis on creating scalable, reusable designs, standards, and operational procedures that can be consistently adopted across the enterprise. The role offers significant influence over the organization's network roadmap while providing technical leadership and sharing expertise across the team. We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer who collaborates effectively with peers, stakeholders, and business partners to architect solutions that deliver long-term value to the organization., Applies advanced knowledge and experience to research, recommend, design and architect complex multi-vendor data network solutions for the organization. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong background in network infrastructure and a passion for creating robust, scalable, and secure testing environments. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in establishing a network test lab and defining processes around change management and quality assurance. The Senior Network Engineer performs advanced configuration and implementation of core network infrastructure systems that affect the entire organization. Develops and implements advanced network monitoring, management and troubleshooting systems and tools. Performs rapid troubleshooting and resolution of system wide issues. Leverages advanced skills to assist and mentor other team members and in support of departmental goals. Must have good communication skills both written and verbal. Experience interfacing with Executive Leadership desired. Network certifications a plus.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required in networking, computer science, information systems, or related technology field.
Five years experience or advanced certifications in networking. Advanced knowledge of network routing and switching hardware, as well as network security equipment and best practices.
When applicable, may need a valid driver's license. If valid driver's license is required, must maintain a good driving record.
