Planning, Marketing Operations Leadership Management Scalability Communication Project Delivery Change Management Project Management Business Valuation Deployment Support Marketing Operations Full Stack Development Operational Efficiency Stakeholder Engagement Artificial Intelligence Communications Training Business Transformation Corporate Communications Customer Relationship Management Organizational Change Management, The organization is undergoing a transformation, standardizing and scaling work, preparing for Adobe Northstar, and implementing AI-enabled marketing initiatives under new VP leadership and an enhanced Adobe support package. This is tied to a broader Marketing Operations transformation effort that is underway across the organization. The primary goals are to standardize and scale how work is planned, prioritized, orchestrated, and measured across the marketing ecosystem while improving operational efficiency, visibility, and adoption of our core Adobe and marketing technology platforms., Key Deliverables:

1. CRM enhancement planning, deployment support, and release coordination.

2. Cross-functional stakeholder alignment across Marketing, Sales, IT, and Data teams.

3. Enablement and adoption support for CRM tools, processes, and new capabilities.

Change Manager (2 roles)

• Develop and execute scalable change strategies across multiple concurrent initiatives.

• Assess impacts and drive readiness across people, process, technology, and data.

• Partner with program teams to embed change into project delivery.

• Lead stakeholder engagement, alignment, and executive communications.

• Design and deliver communications, training, and enablement resources.

• Track adoption, identify resistance, and drive sustained behavioral change.
