Job description
- Support the client's FACETS Core Consolidation program through application development and system enhancement initiatives.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain application components supporting FACETS-related business processes and claims workflows.
- Develop and support integrations including APIs, web services, file-based interfaces, and batch processes.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and release support.
- Conduct code reviews and follow enterprise development standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and technical stakeholders to refine requirements and validate solutions.
- Support application performance, reliability, and ongoing enhancements within a highly integrated healthcare environment.
- Contribute to technical documentation, deployment procedures, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Strong software engineering experience utilizing Java, .NET, or comparable object-oriented technologies.

Experience working with relational databases and advanced SQL queries.

Hands-on experience developing and supporting APIs, integrations, batch processes, and enterprise applications.

Experience working within an enterprise SDLC environment, including testing, release management, and deployment practices.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile or hybrid development environment.

Ability to participate in a hybrid onsite work model. Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with FACETS® or NASCO FACETS® platforms.

Experience developing FACETS extensions, enhancements, customizations, or supporting applications.

Healthcare payer industry experience, particularly within claims processing environments.

Experience supporting claims adjudication, provider, eligibility, membership, or enrollment systems.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployment tools.

Cloud platform exposure, including Microsoft Azure or AWS.

Experience working in integration-heavy enterprise ecosystems.
