Job description

  • Position is responsible for the management, coordination and development of new professional channel sales strategies for growth and conversion of new professional end user groups.
  • Key areas of focus include managing end user conversion specialists, developing and managing customer relationships, generating sales revenue and profits, and management of independent manufacturer's representatives as well as internal sales functions.
  • This position also requires strong people, analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Education - Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience -Experienced Sales Professional, with background in the DIY or Construction Channel a plus. *
  • Special skills
  • Five years selling experience (preferably consumer and professional products)-end user conversion tactics a plus
  • Strong analytical, management and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Strong Computer Skills (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint).

The salary range for this role is $110000.00 and $130000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
