SAP Master Data Specialist

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data standards, policies, and procedures aligned with enterprise data governance initiatives
• Design and implement data models that support business processes and reporting requirements
• Conduct regular data quality monitoring, validation, and cleansing activities to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Utilize ETL tools such as Informatica and Talend for efficient data collection, transformation, and loading into SAP systems
• Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau and other business intelligence tools to visualize data insights
• Lead projects related to data migration, integration, and system upgrades while adhering to Agile methodologies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by implementing robust information governance practices
• Support database design, management of SQL databases, and maintenance of data warehouses for analytical purposes
• Facilitate training sessions on data management best practices for team members across departments

• Extensive experience with SAP master data management within complex enterprise environments
• Database management systems, and database design principles
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes using tools like Informatica, Talend, or similar platforms
• Expertise in business intelligence tools such as Tableau for analytics visualization
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies and concepts related to data collection and processing
• Demonstrated project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
