Job description

  • Define and execute the enterprise ERP strategy, integration architecture, and multi-year roadmap.
  • Lead global ERP implementation, migration, and integration initiatives.
  • Drive integrations across ERP, CRM, finance, supply chain, logistics, payment platforms, and analytics systems.
  • Oversee program delivery, including planning, budgets, vendor management, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
  • Partner with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Regulatory, and IT teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
  • Lead system integrators and third-party vendors while ensuring high-quality execution and governance.
  • Establish enterprise standards for APIs, middleware, master data, and data governance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years leading enterprise ERP transformation, implementation, or systems integration programs.
  • 7+ years managing complex SAP S/4HANA implementations in global, multi-site environments.
  • Deep expertise with SAP S/4HANA across OTC, P2P, R2R, Supply Chain, and Commercial Operations.
  • Experience integrating enterprise platforms including Salesforce, Databricks, 3PLs, and other business-critical systems.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, IDocs, BAPIs, enterprise integration architecture, and data governance.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional global teams, system integrators, and external technology partners.
  • Experience supporting commercial organizations within Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Aesthetics, or Life Sciences industries.
  • Experience with Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environments is highly desirable.
