Business Operations, Data Systems Project Associate

Our Business Operations Team works to support all facets of The Cason Group business operations with various projects, reporting, data-entry, and management of data systems.

As a Data Systems Project Associate, you will help improve company data systems, support accurate reporting, and serve as a resource for users through system updates and ongoing support.

What Our Data Systems Project Associate Does:

• Support and Improve Data Systems: Assist with implementing data system and reporting improvements; maintain knowledge of system capabilities and administrative functions within Salesforce, Agency Integrator, and Agency Works; serve as an internal resource for system setup, data updates, and restructuring; collaborate with vendor representatives to resolve system issues.
• Enable Accurate Reporting and Workflow Efficiency: Assist in producing daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports while supporting enhancements to reporting processes; ensure data accuracy through timely imports, updates, and adjustments.
• Train and Partner with Team Members: Support employee training on new system features; communicate technical information effectively; participate in committee work and assist leadership with additional tasks as needed.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Agency Integrator
• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Strong written/oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Preferred experience includes Salesforce Admin Certification and familiarity with database design or data entry
