Job description
We are looking for a Data Analyst, Neurodiverse Solutions to analyze, reconcile, and cleanse data, and compile reports on data accuracy. The Data Analyst, Neurodiverse Solutions will look for data anomalies; identify potential match and automation areas. The Data Analyst will work under the supervision of a Team Lead, allowing them to gain hands on knowledge of best practices in Data Analytics while supporting client needs. This position will be full-time and remote .
This opportunity exists within CAI's Neurodiverse Solutions business unit, all candidates in consideration of positions within CAI's Neurodiverse Solutions must be able to self-disclose that they identify as neurodivergent.

What You'll Do

Perform data analysis, reconciliation, cleansing and reporting on the level of data quality

Collaborate with team on data quality activities that support key compliance and regulatory processes

Perform data discovery, profiling, and root cause analysis on high priority data matching

Partner with various source system experts to understand their data and how it flows

through the companies' proprietary data ecosystems, to help drive improvements in quality

Perform high level data queries, data collection and reporting processes
