Job description
Responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of a technology project to ensure it is completed on time and within budget. Has overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, vendors, and contractual deliverables. Develops detailed project plans. Monitors project milestones and generates periodic status reports. Evaluates and manages risk. Incorporates quality measures and standards to project deliverables.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 4 years of related experience. Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position. Technical Skills: One or more of the following skills are desired. Experience with Microsoft Office; Project Management; Root Cause Analysis; Sourcing; Stakeholder Management; Vendor Relationship Management Knowledge of Agile Software Development; Scrum (Software Development); Software Development Life Cycle Soft Skills: Intermediate - Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty Intermediate - Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Intermediate - Ability to work independently License/Certification: Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI preferred Education/Certification Required: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred: Years of experience required: 5+ years of experience in regulatory operations, project management, content management, or submission coordination Ideal Candidate Background in Content Design, UX Writing, UX Design, Project Management or related digital experience field Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and clarity Ability to manage multiple submissions and deadlines simultaneously Comfortable working across cross-functional teams and coordinating complex documentation efforts Familiarity with digital product experiences and design workflows Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience working in highly structured or regulated environments is a plus Disqualifiers: unable to articulate experience & skillsets during interview Additional qualities to look for: Familiarity with regulatory submission processes and documentation standards preferred.
