Job description
- Initial Focus (First 1-2 Months)
- Support test execution efforts for the new SAP EAM system
- Test and validate system changes to ensure stability
- Gather and document business and system requirements
- Partner with development teams on system designs, enhancements, and change requests
- Focus on stabilizing the new system and resolving any post-implementation issues
Long-Term Responsibilities
- Support the roadmap of future enhancements and production changes in SAP EAM
- Participate in design discussions and solution analysis for upcoming initiatives
- Help define requirements and prepare the system for new functionality
Key Goal
- Ensure a stable and successful transition to the new EAM system initially, then shift focus toward continuous improvement and enhancement initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years of Business Analyst experience
- 2+ years of SAP configuration and/or development experience
- Experience with SAP Asset Management and Preventive Maintenance modules
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage both business stakeholders and technical teams
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with changing priorities
- High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to adapt quickly as new information becomes available
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience writing and working with SQL queries
- Prior experience supporting change management initiatives
- Prosci Change Management Certification
