Job description

  • Initial Focus (First 1-2 Months)
  • Support test execution efforts for the new SAP EAM system
  • Test and validate system changes to ensure stability
  • Gather and document business and system requirements
  • Partner with development teams on system designs, enhancements, and change requests
  • Focus on stabilizing the new system and resolving any post-implementation issues

Long-Term Responsibilities

  • Support the roadmap of future enhancements and production changes in SAP EAM
  • Participate in design discussions and solution analysis for upcoming initiatives
  • Help define requirements and prepare the system for new functionality

Key Goal

  • Ensure a stable and successful transition to the new EAM system initially, then shift focus toward continuous improvement and enhancement initiatives

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Business Analyst experience
  • 2+ years of SAP configuration and/or development experience
  • Experience with SAP Asset Management and Preventive Maintenance modules
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage both business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with changing priorities
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to adapt quickly as new information becomes available

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Experience writing and working with SQL queries
  • Prior experience supporting change management initiatives
  • Prosci Change Management Certification
