Data Solutions Engineer

• Partner with analysts and business stakeholders to gather requirements
• Define source-to-target mappings and ETL requirements
• Design, develop, test, and deploy data pipelines
• Build and maintain curated data models
• Integrate internal platforms and external RTO systems
• Create audit-compliant and regulator-ready datasets
• Implement data quality and reconciliation controls
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports
• Support regulatory reporting, audit compliance, and executive insights initiatives
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Infrastructure teams

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Python experience
• Experience designing and developing data pipelines
• ETL development experience
• Data modeling experience
• Ability to define source-to-target mappings and transformation rules
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources
• Data quality, reconciliation, and audit control experience
• Power BI reporting/dashboard development
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
