Job description

Join our team as a Product Design Lead, where you'll play a pivotal role in crafting innovative, human-centered digital experiences that empower users to achieve their health goals. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and trustworthy interactions. Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of AI-enabled customer experiences, focusing on intuitive and supportive interactions.
  • Collaborate with research, engineering, and product management teams to solve complex digital challenges.
  • Create and maintain design frameworks, pattern libraries, and collaboration tools to ensure consistency across projects.
  • Mentor and guide other designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Translate strategic insights into user-centered design solutions that are both innovative and practical.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in visual, interaction, or product design strategy with a strong portfolio.
  • Expertise in designing agentic experiences and integrating AI into digital journeys.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Miro, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with creating prototypes and storyboards to quickly showcase design concepts.
  • Familiarity with established brand guidelines and code-based design systems.
  • Ability to work from low fidelity to high fidelity in design processes.
