Job description
The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and user account issues. This role will assist with maintaining IT systems, supporting technology projects, and ensuring employees have the tools they need to work effectively., * Provide daily technical support for end users, including hardware, software, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage user accounts, including password resets, account provisioning, and onboarding/offboarding activities.
- Maintain and update IT documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Track and manage IT equipment inventory and technology assets.
- Assist with technology projects such as system upgrades, migrations, deployments, and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary and work collaboratively with internal and external support resources.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

The successful candidate will become part of an established and experienced IT department, working alongside a team of technology professionals who support users and business operations throughout our multi-state organization. - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of IT support experience.
· Associate degree or technical certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Administration, and endpoint management solutions.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, printers, and mobile device support.
- Working knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests.
