Job description
We're seeking a Hybrid IT Systems Engineer to lead technical operations, serve as the top escalation point for our L1/L2 engineers, and oversee enterprise systems and cloud platforms for our diverse client environments. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining deep technical expertise, strategic project management, and a passion for delivering top-tier client service., Lead complex technical projects and manage enterprise systems
Oversee new client onboarding, ensuring smooth implementations
Provide expert escalation support for challenging system and end-user issues
Guide and mentor L1/L2 support teams to elevate service delivery as needed
Manage cloud platforms, enterprise applications, VoIP systems, and remote access infrastructure
Architect and manage mobile device strategies (iOS, Android)
Support financial data applications like Bloomberg, FactSet, and Enfusion
Lead capacity planning, system monitoring, performance tuning, and incident response
Own project management for client onboarding, from discovery to post-implementation
Requirements
Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field or equivalent experience
7+ years of progressive IT support experience across all tiers
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, G Suite, VoIP, and system administration
Advanced certifications (e.g., CompTIA CASP, MCSE, VMware, ITIL Expert)
Solid understanding of financial data applications and technical integrations
Experience with enterprise mobility and endpoint management
Networking know-how (VPNs, Firewalls, Cloud networking)
MSP experience is a plus
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service abilities
Experience with Scripting, RMM, Backups, KVM, DUO, Intune and Patch Management a plus, * How many years of experience of you have with Microsoft 365?
