Job description

  • Develop, validate, and deploy data-driven simulation tools to support product design and validation in industrial ventilation and cooling
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand product requirements and translate them into data models and simulation workflows
  • Collect, preprocess, and manage large engineering datasets (3D geometries, test data, CFD/FEM simulation results)
  • Integrate AI/ML models with existing simulation and design environments
  • Support knowledge building in the organization by training engineers on the use of AI-driven tools
  • Stay up to date with advancements in AI/ML for engineering applications and propose innovative methods

Requirements

  • Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or an Engineering discipline
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with data processing and management in a similar role
  • Knowledge of state-of-the art AI/ML/DL frameworks
  • General understanding of physics (e.g. mechanics, fluid dynamics, acoustics) in a machinery context
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, IT, and product teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, structured thinking, and ability to translate complex technical results into practical engineering insights
  • Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
