Job description

Our client, is seeking an experienced SharePoint Consultant to lead the design, development, and support of enterprise SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions.

This is a hybrid opportunity. Candidates should expect to work onsite four days per week initially. Following a successful transition and demonstrated performance, the schedule may move to up to two remote days per week.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions across the full SDLC.
  • Build scalable solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Configure and administer SharePoint Online services, including Search, Managed Metadata, User Profiles, and workflows.
  • Develop custom web parts, workflows, integrations, and enterprise applications.
  • Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems using REST APIs and Microsoft Graph.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-focused solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing SharePoint environments.
  • Develop technical documentation, training materials, deployment plans, and governance standards.
  • Recommend innovative Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of SharePoint Online development and administration experience.
  • Deep expertise with:
  • SharePoint Online
  • Microsoft 365
  • SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate
  • Microsoft Graph API
  • Strong web development experience with:
  • JavaScript
  • TypeScript
  • HTML5
  • CSS3
  • Node.js
  • jQuery
  • NPM
  • Experience integrating enterprise systems using REST APIs and web services.
  • Experience with SharePoint governance, architecture, security, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio experience.
  • Azure AI Services or OpenAI integrations.
  • .NET/C# development experience.
  • Experience with Sharegate, Metalogix, InfoPath, Workflow Manager, and SharePoint Designer.
  • Experience delivering enterprise Microsoft 365 transformation initiatives.
