We handle incident resolution, change requests, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization, ensuring that integration platforms remain secure, scalable, and high-performing. Using automation, proactive monitoring, and best practices, we help businesses maintain seamless and efficient integrations., * Assist with incident resolution, change implementation, and customer communication, learning the ropes from experienced engineers.
- Join our on-call rotation (one week per month) as part of the 24/7 standby team once you've completed your onboarding and feel ready - full training and support provided.
- Contribute your fresh perspective to service process improvements, automation, and innovative solutions that enhance WatchPoint's services.
- Learn to work within our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to help maintain high-quality support and customer satisfaction.
- Learn to maintain and support Hybrid Integration Platforms (HIP) at our customers, with hands-on coaching from your team.
Requirements
We're looking for a motivated recent graduate or school leaver with:
- Fluency in Dutch, with a good operational knowledge of English.
- Basic programming knowledge (Java, .NET, or similar) gained through your studies or personal projects, with an interest in back-end development.
- An interest in networking and security (DNS, firewalls, HTTP, SSL/TLS, etc.) and DevOps principles (CI/CD, testing) - coursework or personal projects count.
- Curiosity about Enterprise Integration Patterns - we'll teach you the rest.
- Willingness to quickly get up to speed with collaboration tools such as Atlassian, GitLab, etc.
- Strong communication skills, especially in direct customer interactions.
- A passion for teamwork and fostering a strong expert community.
- EU citizenship.
- Willingness to work onsite with the customer 2 days per week.
