Job description
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and KPIs (e.g. headcount, turnover rate, recruiting figures), analyze workforce trends accordingly and provide data-driven insights to HR and the management
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests from local and global stakeholders and prepare related management presentations
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of HR data and drive utilization of analytics and reporting capabilities within existing systems
- Manage annual HR budget planning and controlling processes and further enhance related operations
- Support workforce planning process through predictive analytics and forecasting while identifying workforce risks, talent gaps, and retention trends
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI within HR processes and evaluate new AI tools and technologies relevant to HR
- Implement and manage AI-based solutions to increase efficiency and automate routine tasks
- Promote best practices for responsible and effective AI usage within HR and conduct related trainings
- Collaborate with business functions to drive synergies and accelerate AI adoption across the company
Requirements
- You hold a university degree in business administration, human resources management or comparable.
- You have gained at least 2 years of experience in a comparable role within HR and possess a good understanding of overall HR processes and needs.
- You are advanced in working with M365 and are passionate about AI trends and technologies.
- Your analytical, structured and proactive working style is a part of your profile.
- You are eager to pro-actively contribute innovative ideas to our HR team.
- You are highly self-motivated, able to organize your work independently, and capable of effectively prioritizing your tasks.
- You are excited about working on projects and at the same time show a hands-on mentality.
- You are enjoying teamwork and are interested in collaborating with people of different backgrounds.
- You are able to persuade different stakeholders through your professional demeanor and effective communication style.
