Job description
Bikeleasing Group is one of the leading providers of modern bike-leasing solutions, combining digital platforms, innovative services and a strongly growing ecosystem. We enable sustainable mobility - efficient, digital and customer-centric. As Lead IT Operations Engineer (gn), you will take on a central role within the Information Systems team and actively contribute to keeping our IT infrastructure scalable, secure, and future-proof. You will drive the shift from a support-driven IT organisation towards standardised, cloud-based, and largely automated processes - while building up the deputy function for the Head of Information Systems over time. If you enjoy taking ownership, moving things forward pragmatically, and working in a professional environment with short decision-making paths, you've come to the right place. Sounds good? We look forward to meeting you.
- You design, plan, implement, operate, and continuously develop complex Microsoft 365 and Azure configurations (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Entra, Azure) - including SSO/IdP, MFA, RBAC, Least Privilege, and Access Reviews
- You own Incident, Problem, and Change Management based on ITIL principles and ensure SLA compliance
- You independently handle IT security incidents, coordinate Incident Response (EDR, M365 Defender, Compliance Center), and collaborate closely with the SOC - with a focus on information security in line with ISO 27001
- You standardise, further develop, and automate IT operations processes in a cloud-only environment - including building automations and AI-supported supporting functions (self-service, workflow, scripting)
- You create and maintain technical documentation (systems, processes, permissions, projects), drive knowledge transfer, and establish sustainable deputy structures - with a long-term perspective as deputy Head of Information Systems
Requirements
- You bring solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Entra, Azure) and have independently planned, implemented, and operated complex M365 and cloud configurations
- You have a strong understanding of IT process standardisation and ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- You have experience in IT Security Operations and Incident Response (EDR, M365 Defender, Compliance Center) as well as foundational knowledge of ISO 27001
- You communicate confidently in German (C1-level) and can work in English (B2-level) in a professional context
- Ideally, you have experience with IT process automation (scripting, workflow automation, M365 automations), cloud-only strategies, and/or initial leadership responsibilities - and you bring an interest in AI-supported supporting functions
Benefits & conditions
- You are part of our growth journey and can actively contribute to shaping processes and your own career path
- Work where you are most productive: maximum flexibility supported by our modern flex-time model and Workation Policy
- We value open communication, honest feedback and collaboration at eye level
- Through Probonio, you receive a monthly €50 voucher of your choice - plus €60 annually for your birthday
- Strong conditions for your company pension scheme plus capital-forming benefits
- And of course, you can lease up to two bicycles or e-bikes through us
