Job description
- Pricing and execution of foreign exchange products as well as money market products for corporate clients, institutional clients, other branches, and the head office in Beijing.\n
- Responsible for IT Helpdesk Support.\n
- Server and storage Administrator (Linux, Windows Server, Storage). Administration of Windows Server 2003, 2008 and 2012; Active Directory, security policies, DHCP server, DNS server, print server, file server, Hyper-V, WSUS, etc.\n
- Installation and configuration of computer operating systems.\n
- Direct support to end users in the usual problems with office software (MS Office, Windows, Adobe, etc.).\n
- Software and Hardware troubleshooting.\n
- Local network troubleshooting. Network communication management.\n
- Support of global and local banking applications.\n
- Responsible for the operation of different production systems and deployment of test and production environments.\n
- Administration of Virtualized Environments\n
- Backup Administrator (SQL,and Oracle Database backup and VM Backup Solution).\n
- DBA (Oracle and SQL) including version migrations and patching.\n
- Manage DRP tests of all the infrastructure assets.\n
- IT basic infrastructure management.\n
- Powershell or Shell scripting. for automatic task execution.\n
- SRM Plans.\n
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in Computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field\n
- Prior experience in IT support or Helpdesk is preferred, experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus\n
- Knowledge of network management and familiarity with the principles and configuration of network devices including switches, routers and firewalls are preferred.\n
- Strong service mindset, excellent communication skills and team player.\n
- Excellent oral and written communication in English and Germany.\n
