Job description

  • Data mining and data analysis to generate new insights for well-informed business decisions with stakeholder support.
  • Collect, consolidate, and transform data from multiple sources and databases to generate business reports using tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Salesforce reports, and similar visualization tools.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in complex datasets.
  • Develop powerful reports and business dashboards with an excellent user experience to enable data-driven business decisions.
  • Steer efforts to explore new data types and sources internally.
  • Own end-to-end project management of business initiatives, including analytics preparation and presentations to defend topics in front of business unit management.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience building dashboards and handling datasets, including expertise in DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and PowerBI Service (workspace management, report publishing, app publishing, scheduled refreshes).
  • Strong SQL knowledge and experience utilizing relational databases.
  • Proficiency in visualizing and presenting data with PowerBI (Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Tableau, QlikView preferred). Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Azure or similar cloud platforms, Scrum or other Agile frameworks, and basic machine-learning concepts.
  • Analytical skill set: problem-solving, data modeling, analytics, strong communication (oral and written), and consultative interaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field with a focus on data analytics or statistics.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
