Monitor performance of external suppliers, including SLAs, invoicing, security patch compliance, and problem management.
Implement corrective actions for supplier performance gaps.
Define Windows Server standards and technical designs to meet customer needs and improve value.
Deploy the latest Windows standards and designs in the Spanish environment.
Support customers integrating Windows solutions during application design and deployment.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Windows Server system engineer or equivalent.
Proficiency with Windows OS, WSUS/MECM, KMS, Active Directory, VMware.
Knowledge of basic networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP), virtualization, and clustering.
Strong scripting skills in PowerShell; Ansible experience is a plus.
Must have or be eligible for security clearance required by recognized authorities.
