Job description
As a Developer, you will work in agile and non-agile frameworks, facilitating workshops and events, as well as teaching and communicating with different organizational levels.
You will need to understand the current organization (AS-IS) and be able to operate in a transformational environment (TO-BE). You will encourage teams to improve their performance and maturity, focusing on delivering value to customers in a sustainable, iterative, and collaborative way.
You will have a high capacity for adaptation and change when dealing with multiple technologies simultaneously.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing high-availability software solutions.
- Defining best practices for development, automated testing, and deployment.
- Actively working on the optimization and efficiency of software development processes.
- Implementing timely KPIs and metrics to measure solutions.
- Ensuring software quality in both maintenance activities and new developments.

Requirements
We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Python 3, AWS, Linux, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, Redis, and Elasticsearch, capable of building and maintaining scalable, high-availability solutions in cloud environments. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of Unit Testing, CI/CD practices, and tools such as Jira, Jenkins, Git, and Confluence, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about automation, software quality, and continuous improvement. High English level is required., +5 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Python 3 (Advanced).
- Medium knowledge of C/C++.
- Linux.
- Docker.
- Terraform.
- Unit Testing.
- Kubernetes.
- Jira, Jenkins, Git and Confluence.
- Cloud: AWS.
- Databases: Redis and Elasticsearch.
- English B2 level (mandatory).
Nice to have:
- Monitoring platforms (Grafana).
- Planning and process automation platforms.
- Desire to learn new technologies.
