Job description
- Work collaboratively within a cross-functional Agile team operating under a DevOps model.
- Design, develop, deploy, release, and monitor high-quality software applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in planning, backlog refinement, and feature definition sessions.
- Work closely with Solution Architects to align developments with the organization's architecture strategy.
- Contribute actively to Software Engineering communities, sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, testing, and adherence to engineering standards.
- Promote continuous improvement and ownership throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about software engineering excellence, enjoy working with both backend and frontend technologies, and want to contribute to high-impact products in a fast-paced Agile environment., * Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer in enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures.
- Strong knowledge of React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Solid experience working with Oracle SQL or similar relational databases.
- Understanding of DevOps principles, Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Deployment (CD).
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and/or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environments.
- Familiarity with OpenAPI specifications and UML.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and excellent English level (written and spoken).
- Proactive mindset, ownership attitude, and passion for software engineering.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Kafka and Avro for streaming and event-driven architectures.
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, or highly regulated environments.
- Exposure to cloud-native architectures and modern microservices ecosystems.
- Experience mentoring developers and contributing to technical communities.
