Experteer Overview As a Platform/DevOps Engineer on Nexthink's Core Infrastructure team, you design, deploy, and operate the AWS-based foundation that powers the engineering org.You enable fast, autonomous product teams by building scalable, secure, and cost-efficient infrastructure.You balance greenfield design with operational excellence, driving automation and GitOps-led provisioning.Your work underpins reliability and scalability for multi-region, cell-based architectures and future AI workloads.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Design, deploy, and run AWS infrastructure end-to-end (edge to multi-account cell + EKS platform)* Shift between operational work, automation, and new design based on platform needs* Automate infrastructure with IaC and GitOps to keep the estate consistent and drift-free* Collaborate with product/feature teams to deliver self-service capabilities* Maintain platform reliability, security, and cost-efficiency (uptime, observability, hardening)* Participate in on-call rotation and contribute to platform resilience and incident response* Contribute to architectural growth and scaling for new workloads and capabilitiesResponsabilidades* 5+ years in Platform, DevOps, Software, or Site Reliability Engineer roles* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience* Strong hands-on AWS experience across networking, edge, and compute (VPC, CloudFront, API Gateway, EKS)* Solid Kubernetes experience (preferably Amazon EKS) and infrastructure as code (Terraform or OpenTofu) with a GitOps mindset* Ability to juggle operational work, automation requests, and new design while prioritising effectively* Production mindset with emphasis on uptime, security, and efficiency* Excellent English communication and ability to work independentlyRequisitos principales* Hybrid work model* Unlimited vacation (plus holidays)* Private health insurance* Relocation package* Performance bonus (OTE)* Gym subsidy

• 5+ years in Platform, DevOps, Software, or Site Reliability Engineer roles
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong hands-on AWS experience across networking, edge, and compute (VPC, CloudFront, API Gateway, EKS)
• Solid Kubernetes experience (preferably Amazon EKS) and infrastructure as code (Terraform or OpenTofu) with a GitOps mindset
• Ability to juggle operational work, automation requests, and new design while prioritising effectively
• Production mindset with emphasis on uptime, security, and efficiency
