Job description
We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our AI Lab. Our team works together with all departments in order to drive business impact and build a data-driven culture. You should be intimately familiar with the technical side of Data Analytics, and at the same time able to think on a company-wide, strategic level. Tasks & ObjectivesAs a Data Analyst, you are expected to:
- Understand the business needs and produce insightful analyses for stakeholders ( Care Quality, Sales, Customer Success, AI Lab, …)
- Own, design, develop, document, and manage scalable solutions for new and ongoing metrics and dashboards to support business needs.
- Build hypotheses, design and drive experiments to form actionable recommendations. Present results to business leaders and drive decisions with effective visualizations and storytelling.
- Improve internal reporting and analytics processes and documentation.
- Help colleagues to access the right data and extract insights.
- Identify business opportunities from both internal and external data sources.

2+ years in a similar role.

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Relevant experience in business intelligence roles, including data warehousing, business intelligence, data visualization tools, techniques and technology.

Experience collecting business requirements, using BI tools to extract data, formulate metrics and build reports.

SQL, Python, Data Modeling.

Advanced spreadsheet skills.

Excellent communication skills, spoken and written. Fluency in English. Extra points

Experience in one BI Platform (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, …).

Experience in AWS data services (RDS, Athena, Quicksight) or another cloud provider.

Experience in Product Analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel).

Motivated by telehealth products and knowledgeable of the healthcare market.
