He/She will play a key role in designing, building and operating AI-powered applications within the Azure ecosystem, working side by side with client teams to bring enterprise AI use cases from concept to production. He/She will combine solid .NET engineering practices with modern AI application patterns (agents, RAG, LLM orchestration) to deliver solutions that client teams can understand, operate and evolve.ResponsibilitiesDesign and build AI-powered applications and agents on the Azure AI stack (Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI)Develop agent orchestration, RAG pipelines and tool/function calling in C#/.NET using Semantic Kernel or Microsoft Agent FrameworkIntegrate LLM capabilities into enterprise applications and services (APIs, event-driven architectures)Build and maintain knowledge bases and retrieval layers with Azure AI Search, embeddings and vector storesImplement evaluation of AI outputs (test datasets, quality metrics, prompt iteration) so solutions are measurable, not just plausibleApply enterprise-grade security, identity (Microsoft Entra ID), networking and observability practices to AI workloadsAutomate build, deployment and analysis workflows with Azure DevOps pipelinesWork embedded with client technical teams in an Agile / Scrum environmentPresent progress, solutions and recommendations to international stakeholders in EnglishDocument architectures, patterns and decisions, and propose continuous improvementQualificationsProven experience as a .NET (C#) developer in enterprise environmentsHands-on experience building solutions with Azure OpenAI and/or Azure AI FoundryPractical knowledge of LLM application patterns: RAG, agents, tool/function calling, prompt design and evaluationExperience with Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Agent Framework or comparable AI orchestration frameworksSolid grasp of the Azure platform: AI Search, App Service or Functions, DevOps, Entra IDStrong analytical mindset and end-to-end solution design capabilitiesAbility to work independently, from requirements gathering to deliveryNice to have: Python for AI tooling and evaluation, Model Context Protocol (MCP), vector databases, GitHub Copilot ecosystemBenefitsPermanent contractCompetitive salaryFlexible remuneration (meal vouchers, childcare, public transport/mobility)Private health insurance (including dental care)Access to UDEMY Business platform with a wide range of online training content (certifications, courses, etc.)Individual annual budget for training and certificationsHybrid work policy with 1 day per week in the officeFlexible working hours, with shorter Fridays and summer hours in July and August#J-*****-Ljbffr

Requirements

Proven experience as a .NET (C#) developer in enterprise environments Hands-on experience building solutions with Azure OpenAI and/or Azure AI Foundry Practical knowledge of LLM application patterns: RAG, agents, tool/function calling, prompt design and evaluation Experience with Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Agent Framework or comparable AI orchestration frameworks Solid grasp of the Azure platform: AI Search, App Service or Functions, DevOps, Entra ID Strong analytical mindset and end-to-end solution design capabilities Ability to work independently, from requirements gathering to delivery Nice to have: Python for AI tooling and evaluation, Model Context Protocol (MCP), vector databases, GitHub Copilot ecosystem
