Join our dynamic and innovative team as a Business Intelligence Developer & Reporting Analyst. This role is integral to our digital transformation journey, where you will work in a global, multicultural, collaborative, fun, and agile work environment. You will be responsible for building systematic insights, accurate data visualization, intuitive dashboards, and data modeling to support decision-making processes across the organization.
What You'll do

Contribute to the development and implementation of reporting solutions, including dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and BW Queries in Eclipse Query Designer.

Support the definition of business requirements and contribute to solution design in the form of features, epics, and user stories.

Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and IT developers to support alignment on technical requirements and data models.

Perform data source mapping and ensure the expected flow of data from back-end to front-end. - Provide 2nd level support for created dashboards and reports.

Participate in information management meetings to contribute to discussions on priorities, development design, and improvements.

Contribute to innovation, simplification, and the reduction of complexity in reporting processes.

Support release activities and contribute to lifecycle management for data products.

Conduct ad-hoc analysis for business stakeholders.
Requirements
'- High knowledge about usage & building of BW Queries (with Eclipse Query Designer and Analysis for Office)

Proven experience in building dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud (Classic and ODE)

Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g. Power query / Power Pivot)

Understanding of SCRUM/agile framework & methodology

Strategic mindset with good understanding of Hilti's MR strategy, Marketing & Sales business processes, steering, and KPIs

Proactive workstyle, ability to handle complex and cross-functional topics, team worker, high learning agility

Structured working approach with a keen eye for details.

Ability to work independently and well-organized.

General interest in understanding business/end users and their needs.
Preferable:

2-3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales or Finance Reporting / Controlling / Analytics

Experience with other dashboarding tools (e.g Power BI)

Knowledge of Salesforce.com standard reports and dashboards

SQL, VBA, R and Python programming, postgraduate degree EducationalOccupationalCredential bachelor degree EducationalOccupationalCredential associate degree
