Senior DevOps Engineer

• Analyze database and application performance and provide performance tuning recommendations.
• Design, implement, and enhance proactive monitoring and alerting solutions.
• Support production environments, respond to incidents, and participate in 24x7 standby/on-call support.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and related tools.
• Manage code repositories, deployments, and code review processes.
• Automate deployments across containerized and non-containerized environments.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to improve software delivery, reduce lead time, and enhance deployment quality.
• Create and maintain dashboards using monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, and Prometheus.
• Ensure security, privacy, compliance, and operational stability across production systems.
• Work closely with development and operations teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives., * Analyze complex application and database performance issues and recommend optimization strategies.
• Design preventive monitoring and alerting mechanisms.
• Build and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Automate deployment processes across multiple platforms.
• Troubleshoot production issues under pressure and provide timely resolutions.
• Support 24x7 production environments and participate in on-call rotations.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional Agile teams.
• Manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in deployment, monitoring, and operational excellence.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly with both technical and business stakeholders.

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, Production Support, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including deployments, repositories, pipelines, and code reviews.
• Proven expertise in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
• Strong experience with TIBCO BW 5.x and TIBCO EMS.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Kibana, and Prometheus.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Maven, and Ansible.
• Strong scripting skills using Bash/Unix.
• Good knowledge of relational databases; Oracle experience is an advantage.
• Experience working in Banking/Financial Services environments.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Knowledge of Risk and Compliance practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within large enterprise teams.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Exposure to Test Automation tools and Parasoft products is an added advantage.
