Senior Manager - SAP SuccessFactors - Talent Acquisition

You will work directly with clients to understand their business needs and translate those needs into effective SuccessFactors SmartRecruiters, Recruitment and Onboarding solutions. This role offers the opportunity to develop strong client management and communication skills while building deep expertise in SuccessFactors SmartRecruiters, Recruitment and Onboarding., * Lead client engagements on client engagements, understanding their Recruitment and Onboarding needs, and designing tailored solutions using SuccessFactors SmartRecruiters, Recruitment and Onboarding solutions.

• Provide expert guidance on configuring and implementing all aspects of Recruitment and Onboarding.
• Provide guidance to clients wanting to switch from Recruitment to SmartRecruiters.
• Advise clients on best practices for Recruitment and Onboarding, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
• Configure and test SuccessFactors Recruitment, Onboarding or SmartRecruiters ensuring seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules and external systems.
• Possess strong understanding of SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding module configuration and be comfortable working with data structures and workflows.
• Possess strong understanding of SmartRecruiters configuration and be comfortable working with data structures and workflows.
• Gather and analyse client requirements through workshops, interviews, and documentation review.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Support the sales process by contributing to proposals and client presentations.
• Configure and test SmartRecruiters solution.
• Contribute to the development of our SuccessFactors practice through knowledge sharing and thought leadership.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest SuccessFactors releases and functionalities.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.

• SuccessFactors certification in SmartRecruiters or experience implementing SmartRecruiters solution is desirable.
• SuccessFactors certification in Recruitment and Onboarding (essential). Other modules desirable in addition.
• Proven experience implementing and configuring SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding, with a focus on requirements gathering, solution design, and client interaction.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Strong understanding of Recruitment and Onboarding processes, best practices, and relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, managing client relationships and expectations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working in a consulting environment.
